Completion of all 5 Twist Sport Performance Essentials Courses provides an extensive toolbox of skills and drills to develop balance, speed, agility, quickness, linked system strength and core power. Fundamental training concepts are also covered providing and excellent overview of sport conditioning with a focus on practical application for multiple sports in diverse training environments.
