By implementing linked system (head to toe) movements, the Functional Smart Muscle Training paradigm calls upon and improves the secondary fitness characteristics of the human body such as agility, speed, quickness, power and balance that are required for movement skill and motor programming.  Unlike traditional exercise programs that focus on muscle hypertrophy or fitness, the Twist paradigm focuses on performance with the ultimate goal being total mastery and proficiency of movement.

At Twist, our belief that the human body is the ultimate vehicle that should be able and ready to take you or your clients to new, previously unimagined heights.  Because the human body is the machine, we at Twist have eliminated the isolated, uninspiring, imbalance producing traditional exercises in favor of linked system movements that require strength through large ranges of motion, balance, and focused, deliberate attention to every rep.

Certification Procedure:

  1. Enroll in the courses.
  2. View each of the course’s content.
  3. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  4. Print your certificate of completion.
